OUR LEAN WORK
Since 2011, we have been building Sweden’s best business law firm. We do this by applying a business model that deviates from traditional approaches. We work with LEAN principles to focus on what creates value for our customers. Therefore, we apply these principles at all levels and in everything we do to achieve continuous improvement.
Our employees are our greatest asset. All employees are coached every two months in individual conversations. Each employee has their own responsibility to influence and develop our firm. We build the firm together and a prerequisite for our success is that all employees express their opinion.
We work as a team and our flat organization operates according to a true partnership model, which eliminates internal competition. We have also created forums and structures for ongoing feedback and continuous improvement of our leadership.
We have fun together. A strong team culture is important to us. Together, we have developed values and principles that will permeate our work at all levels. We reflect on these principles every week to keep them alive. With us, it is important to maintain the feeling of a team, even though we have offices at several locations.
