RosholmDell has advised Famera Fastigheter AB during the sale of Famera Lokaler 2 AB to Fastighetsbolaget Emilshus AB.

Famera Fastigheter AB’s portfolio consists of both commercial and rental properties. Famera’s focus is on the commercial part with properties leased on long-term contracts to market-leading retailers as well as local companies. With the sale of Famera Lokaler 2 AB,  the commercial property that accommodates Willys, Lekia, Granngården and Dollarstore in the I11 area in Växjö has a new owner. Leasable area amounts to 14,200 m2 and the underlying property value amounts to approximately SEK 220,000,000.

The real estate company Emilshus AB acquires, develops and manages commercial properties in growth locations in Småland.
