RosholmDell has published a new paper regarding new rules for condominiums. With this publication, we want to provide our customers with a comprehensive summary of new and updated regulations. We also wish to inform our customers we can assist them in implementing the regulations as efficiently as possible. The new legislation will take effect on January 1, 2023, except for the part concerning the economic plan and certifiers, which will take effect on January 1, 2024.
